Not all powertrain and pricing data have been disclosed. We are aware that the new Mazda2 will debut in Australia in June, with deliveries beginning in July.

The current-generation Mazda2 received a facelift in 2019, marking the second time the Mazda compact hatchback has been upgraded since its debut in 2014.

Primarily a style refresh, the Mazda 2 2024 will now include more of the brand’s refined Kodo design language, as well as black or body-colored grilles, colour highlights, and new metallic grey and blue color options.
The Mazda2 will also include “an asymmetrically placed color accent” on the front grille and rear bumper. Both of which have been altered to “highlight the car’s youthful attitude,” according to Mazda.

The most cheap trim levels, Pure and Pure SP, offer colored dash trim in white, black, or mint, depending on the exterior color of the vehicle. The Pure SP’s roof is now covered with a black film.
The interiors of both the Mazda2 Evolve and the range-topping Mazda2 GT are black with red accents on the seat stitching and air vent surrounds.
The GT also receives partially leather-upholstered seats, a red and black dashboard, a redesigned wheel design, and a polished dual-exit exhaust tip.
