2023 Skoda Enyaq. What is an SUV if not a coupe version? Or so it appears these days – every manufacturer believes that once they have SUVs on the market, the “coupe” version will follow following. This also applies to Skoda’s first all-electric SUV. The coupe variant of the Enyaq iV was introduced in September 2020, after the regular version. Skoda unveiled the vRS variant in addition to the conventional coupe version. As you might expect, this is the Czech version of the previously revealed Volkswagen ID.5 GTX.
Just like Volkswagen’s ID.4 and ID.5 electric SUVs, the new Enyaq is built on the Volkswagen Group’s MEB modular electric vehicle platform. However, while the ID.5 GTX was launched with a 77 kWh battery, the Enyaq Coupe iV vRS was introduced with an 82 kWh battery. While Skoda didn’t say anything about the vRS’s range, it did announce that the Enyaq Coupe has a range of 339 miles on the WLTP course.

The Enyaq vRS is powered by two electric motors that produce a total of 295 horsepower and 340 pound-feet of torque. It goes from 0 to 62 mph in just 6.5 seconds and can reach a top speed of 111 mph.
In comparison, the previously launched Skoda Octavia vRS iV delivers a total of 242 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque! The 82 kWh battery takes just 29 minutes to charge from 10 to 80%, and can be charged at home overnight in six to eight hours using a KODA iV AC charger that delivers up to 11 kW.

The 2023 Skoda Enyaq vRS is built on a sporty chassis and is more aerodynamic than the base Enyaq. First of all, the ride height has been reduced: 15 mm in the front and 10 mm in the rear.
The first difference is the headlights: in the full matrix LED headlights are presented as standard. Inside, each high beam unit contains 24 headlights that can be individually controlled and allow the driver to turn on the high beam at any time without dazzling other road users.

The Enyaq Coupe iV vRS is offered exclusively with the ‘vRS Suite’ interior design option. These include perforated black leather seats with gray trim and contrast stitching; The multifunction sports steering wheel is also wrapped in leather and adorned with the vRS badge.
