2023 Aston Martin DBX. This impressive car has just been unveiled to the public, and it looks gorgeous both inside and out. Unlike previous Aston Martins such as the DB11 and Vantage, the new SUV appears to be more powerful and larger. Essentially, you may utilize the online configurator to create your own unique model, which presently includes many distinct display packages as well as several in-house themes.

As far as we know, the regular DBX has a sweet-sounding 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 supplied by Mercedes-AMG. The engine produces 542 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. However, the manufacturer also offers the more powerful DBX 707, which also has an AMG powertrain that produces 697 horsepower and 663 pound-feet of torque.

2023 Aston Martin DBX Design

The new Aston Martin DBX 2023 looks attractive and elegant, but the DBX707 has a number of design changes. The front of the SUV is recognized by a much larger grille flanked by new air intakes with working LED lights. It also has different hood slots and a new spoiler at the top of the vent, as well as a quad exhaust tip.

Unlike the base model, the DBX707 also gets plenty of glossy black and satin chrome accents. 22-inch wheels are standard, but you can still get larger 23-inch rollers with Pirelli P Zero summer tires. Carbon-ceramic brakes are standard on all DBX models, and the manufacturer says the new brakes save 89 pounds.

2023 Aston Martin DBX Interior

The new 2023 Aston Martin DBX shares many design cues with its family. The cabin is modern and sporty and features attractively stitched leather, soft-touch surfaces and a micro front lining. Plus, the cabin is roomy, and even the rear seat space is spacious, providing plenty of knee and head room for adults.

Cargo space is 22 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats and with the seats folded you get 54 cubic feet. Highlights in the interior include the standard 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, adjustable ambient lighting, three-zone climate control, and heated front and rear seats. The large 10.2-inch infotainment screen supports Apple CarPlay integration, built-in navigation, 14 stereo speakers, and multiple USB and 12V charging ports. The DBX is available with many driver assistance technologies such as content such as Lane Keeping Assist, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera system, and automatic high beams.

Under the hood, the standard Aston Martin DBX 2023 features a 4.0-liter V-8 engine provided by Mercedes-AMG. According to the company, this engine is capable of producing 542 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. It is also equipped with a nine-speed automatic transmission made by Mercedes.

There’s the more powerful DBX 707, which produces 697 horsepower and 663 pound-feet of torque. Aston Martin claims the DBX can hit 60 mph in 3.1 seconds, which is in line with the Urus. It’s also worth noting that the DBX can tow up to 5,940 pounds.

2023 Aston Martin DBX Release Date And Price

2023 Aston Martin DBX Update

The Aston Martin DBX went into production last summer and after just one year, it already accounts for more than half of the brand’s global sales. It’s clear that SUVs are the key to Aston’s future success and stability, and CEO Tobias Moers is well aware of this fact. In a recent interview, he acknowledged a number of additional DBX derivatives in the next three years to keep demand high.

Speaking to Motor Trend, Moers confirmed that the first new version will be released before the end of the year in the form of a mild hybrid DBX. It’ll use a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder electric motor paired to a nine-speed automatic gearbox that sends power to all four wheels.

Next year, the DBX family will be expanded with the addition of a performance-oriented model. However, it will not be an AMR-branded car, as “we will not use AMR as a brand because there is no need for a sub-brand because Aston Martin is a high-performance brand.” The powertrain will be complemented by a hybrid version in 2023 using a V8 engine sourced from Mercedes-AMG.

But it wouldn’t just be new powertrain options, as Moers admits that Aston Martin needed “a different body style, more performance, more aggressive styling, things like that.” If we had to translate a collaborative language, Moers is probably referring to a possible “coupe” version of the DBX and other body styles. Most likely, we will see new additions in 2023 and 2024.

Altogether, Aston Martin will offer customers five or six versions of the DBX by 2024. There have been rumors of a seven-seat model, and Moers hinted at this by saying, “You can think of it being more luxurious and more spacious and lively you can think of. Be more sporty.” With over 1,500 shipments in about 12 months, and many additional variants to come, the DBX is sure to remain the brand’s most important model in terms of sales.

2023 Aston Martin DBX News

The highly anticipated Aston Martin DBX 2023 gets another upgrade. This ultra-stylish, high-performance SUV is basically ready for the next ride. Of course, the goal is to rival the Lamborghini Urus in every way. The DBX is fast and looks hot. According to Aston Martin, another goal is to sell 5,000 units annually.

This is a priority for the manufacturer, so a completely new version of the AMR will go on sale. Additionally, the DBX model will also offer a hybrid variant. Overall, this model gets a lot of cosmetic upgrades, internal updates, and efficiency improvements. Sales will begin later in 2022.

DBX 2023 SUV Interior

Most of the DBX switchgear is shared with the rest of the Aston Martin family. The interior of the Aston Martin DBX 2023 is upholstered in fine-stitched leather with a soft-touch surface and micro-front headliner. The SUV has a 12.3-inch digital display, adjustable ambient lighting, three-zone climate control, and heated front and rear seats as standard.

Optional features include ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel and a choice of more luxurious interior materials. The back seat space is ample, with plenty of knee and head room for adults. Plus, there’s plenty of storage capacity, 22 cubic feet behind the rear seats and 54 cubic feet with the rear seats folded. Unfortunately, we don’t know how many updates will be included in 2023MY.

Powertrain Specification

The Aston Martin DBX 2023 is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine from Mercedes-AMG. The engine produces 542 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. In addition, the engine is equipped with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Whereas the DBX is primarily rear-wheel drive, when rear axle slip is detected, torque is transmitted to the front axle via a central transfer case. Additionally, the vehicle features a rear limited-slip differential capable of towing up to 6000 pounds. Once again, the goal is to rival the Lamborghini Urus and its 641-hp engine. Thanks to it, it is quite possible to increase the performance. There is a new hybrid powertrain.

It combines a 3.0-liter turbo or supercharged engine with an electric motor. This version should produce around 450 horsepower. However, the plug-in hybrid alternative is the real deal. The DBX PHEV will produce up to 603 horsepower, using the powerful AMG-E Performance powertrain. Additionally, the electric motor will add 200 hp, making the DBX PHEV produce 800 hp. The Aston is equipped with adaptive dampers and height-adjustable air springs – a feature for off-road adventures.

Sales will begin next summer, with the PHEV hitting dealerships in 2022. More details will be revealed by Aston Martin in the coming months.
