Those who remember seeing it as a concept in 2020 will remember that the Volkswagen Taigun show car was actually very close to being ready for production, especially compared to the Skoda Vision IN concept. It is similar to the Volkswagen T-Cross sold abroad, but is based on the Indian-specific MQB A0 IN platform, has a much longer wheelbase (2651 mm) and the concept has also been said to have a clearance of 205 mm. However, it remains to be seen whether the Taigun’s production ground clearance will be closer to that of the Kushaq, which is set at 188 mm.
