2022 Kia XCeed. The new Kia XCeed 2022 is a contemporary crossover focused on the sedan hatchback. The new sporty hybrid, according to South Korean manufacturers, would offer a lot of refreshment indoors. Unfortunately, the exterior style would not change much.
The second generation model will only be available in Europe for now. In terms of dimensions, this model ranks between the popular Sportage and Stonic models. As for the engine, the latest crossover will carry several engine options. We also hear that a hybrid variant is also in action.
2022 Kia XCeed Design
The South Korean 2022 Kia XCeed looks nearly identical to the previous model. Some snacks are visible but nothing matters. Generally, no major upgrades are required, as the Kia XCeed comes with a very modern look. Compared to this model with the Ceed hatchback, you’ll notice a stronger design on the XCeed. The front fascia is attractive thanks to the tiger-nose grille and the more elegant LED headlights.
Dimensions-wise, the latest crossover is 173.0 inches long, 71.8 inches wide and 58.6 inches tall, which is two inches shorter than the Sportage. Interestingly, there are many customizations. For example, the standard 16-inch wheels can be replaced with optional 17-inch wheels or even giant 18-inch wheels. The XCeed crossover can be picked in our favorite three standard colors, Blue Flame, Lunar Silver and Quantum Yellow.
2022 Kia XCeed Technology Update
The updated Kia X Ceed 2022 has more exclusive interior materials than the sedan hatchback. However, the cabin is very identical, but the dimensional cross variant saves more space. The design is exemplary, and the Kia XCeed with two rows of seats has ample space for five passengers. There is a lot of legroom, but not nearly as much as the Sportage model. Basically, the seats can be folded in a 40:20:40 format.
In terms of technology, Kia always brings some innovations. First of all, the infotainment system will be bigger this time, including support (Apple CarPlay / Android Auto). All in all, thanks to this large screen, it is easy to split the screen for using up to three apps. For example, you can turn on the map, weather, and music. There’s also a fully digital toolkit, and it measures 12.3 inches. Safety has also been enhanced and includes Blind Spot Warning, Intelligent Park Assist, and more
